The Sovereign In Black. Featuring: Sahiba.J.Singh and PhotozAapki.
Hello again! We are back with another post from our special collaboration for this wedding season with Sahiba.J.Singh and Simran Oberoi‘s PhotozAapki. We talked about these eminent names in our last post ‘The Rugged Prince’.
Working behind the scenes, these beautiful ladies made this collaboration strikingly amazing. It surely has to be a milestone for us to get clicked by Simran and to feature a wedding collection designed by Sahiba.
We always want to try and do something distinctive in style, well how about giving a little twist to an attire with a traditional Achkan. That’s what Santwinder Singh Waraich did for this post. Santwinder is wearing a black brocade Achkan over a solid V-neck T-shirt and has teamed it up with a pair of black trousers and a pair of high-ankle boots from Adidas Originals. My my! A shocker eh? Well the boots do look pretty good with the *almost* all black ensemble. Almost? Yes! Santwinder decided to go ‘Singh Mode’ and chose mustard colour for his turban, went for a crimson red fifty(a small band of cloth worn on the forehead) and used a matching red pocket square. Brilliant!
The female model, Rupali Hasija is wearing a crimson red Banarasi Georgette suit with zardozi embroidery. Lady with a red suit and a touch of red in her man’s black attire. See where we’re going with this? Haha! No she did not match the suit with his pocket square! Rather, our Singh wanted to complement the lady with some red in his ensemble. And we cannot deny the fact that black and red go well with each other.
We still have some more posts lined up from this collaboration. Keep an eye!
